Welcome in the Forest, here you can read some ideas and theories from me and my packmates. Basic Answers/advices Have you noticed that many sites do not offer the most elemental answers? or advices? Here you can have answers on questions you are asking yourself and general advices. This is for the "Newbie/Searching" were. First, If you ask yourself how to shift, you are probably on the wrong path. Cause shifting does not come with answers from the web. Ask yourself : Can it be possible I have already been shifting? If you are a were, the answer is probably yes. Many of us wanted to know How to shift before even realising it was not a huge event that changes our life or a spectacular thing! One definition of shifting could be : changing to animal behaviour and acting like you feel. Don't Blind yourself with the goal, try to think about yourself, because therianthropy is a very personal thing. Some of us realised that pretty soon, but others, very late. Once we realised we were seeking answers within ourselves, the answers in question started to rain on us. Second, always take some distance with yourself, go in the wild and many things will happen by themselves. The wild is one of the best places for a were to think (well maybe not a domestic cat...). If there is no wild area close, just go in a place where you can think freely without being disturbed. Also, take the time to "let yourself go", in the wild or any (sound isolated would be good sometimes LOL) comfortable area. This is like exercice for the animal trapped within humanity, this way "muscles don't shrink" and your spirits stays healthy. Third, Be yourself as long as you can, act like you want (respect the rules though), get to know your animal characteristics, it's the only way to learn about yourself and weres in general. Fourth, Well fourth will come soon since we always have ideas LOL If you have any comments, Specific Questions or anything, please E-mail me at : i_like@howling.com and I'll be glad to answer. I hope it can help, Nachtwolf, 2002. © Nachtwolf's den, all right reserved This site has been designed and is maintained by Nachtwolf : i_like@howling.com The contents of this site might not be suitable for some viewers. ------ |
